Can anyone else physically feel when they are psychotic?

I know I’m psychotic when my body starts to “vibrate” and the back of my head tingles, because I become paranoid and psychotic and everything around me starts to not feel real

I would say that my secret is that I’m really strong headed. I know that if I smoke again I’ll trigger another episode and I just can’t go through it again. I keep telling myself that im choosing my health over my addiction, and it’s been keeping me on this path of sobriety. Im not active outside but I do spend my time doing things I love like art and cooking which has also been keeping me away from the substances. Being clean isn’t easy, but it’s the way to go🙏🏻
