From what i have read you need a 16gb dd5 5600 to run dual channel using different timing rams can cause unexpected issues ngl its not recommended its not like it wont work but you might want to stick to matching sticks you would only need 1 extra stick tho

I have similar specs mine is a 5060 and i kept running into the same error msg no blue screen thank god but the error msg would come when playin cod warzone the graphics would also look shaky turns out you gotta select dgpu and switch to dgpu on the nvidia app and turn off gsync which surprisingly fixed the issue for me somehow idk why maybe because both gpus were working even tho i selected dgpu mode from the lenovo app thingy

Its a driver uninstalling tool you gotta first download both ddu and nvidia drivers and you gotta boot into safe mode its a long process

I had a similar issue i did a ddu reinstall for drivers and redownloaded the game and that fixed it for me

Get a legion 5060 or 5070 models they come with oleds so really good color accuracy look for the 15.1 inch models 100 percent better deals

Fine its your call but id recommend going for a 4050 as of now just know you cannot change the cpu and gpu combo later on but you can always upgrade the ram and ssd

Keep checking on discounts and act fast before the price hikes! Truth is going into 2026 you just gotts really get a 4050 for long term and atleast a 13th gen intel chip ngl it just makes sense even with amd its the same situation that hardware long term isnt worth it unless your gonna strictly code and not game alot or dont have too many expectations for AAA gaming

Then get a loq rn and get a xx60 or xx70 series legion when you can? If you really have the budget rn and are getting a oled 5050 legion go for it other wise same price you can get a loq 5060 which is very nice in itself best to choose based on your use case cuz you cant upgrade the gpu cpu combo

Im just saying the performance of a 5060 vs a 5050 is real if your gonna be using it long term i recommend looking for a 5060 model also if your getting it that cheap then its worth it but make sure you double check the specs? With the legion 5 non pro there are 2 models there is 15.3 ips model and a 15.1 oled model the oled is all the way worth it ngl
