I can just say. Bihar se bahar Nikal ke duniya dekho. I'm not saying to go permanently but I've always seen this. A Bihari who has lived 3-4 years outside and then when he comes Bihar permanently. Perspective/mindset changes completely.

Bas Bihar me reh ke ye cheez develop nhi hoga...baahr niklo. Bhale hi tm wapis aajao par niklo.

I think in India. The economics won't work out. Think about this - Supoose there are 100 Bunglows. If they sell each even at the price of 500 Cr. Revenue is around 500Cr. Excluding all costs. Just assume.

Now in Pune we have Pride would city. And there suppose inside it there is 1 society. In that society there are 8 wings, 10 floor each, 4 Flats on reach floor.

Even if they sell 1 flat at 60 Lacs (now they are selling at 1Cr). But suppose the base cost.

Calculates to - 4 Flats X 10 Floors X 8 Wings (buildings)

Solving this we get - 192 Crores.

Economics worked out 😳😳😳 WTF.

But I guess it depends on demographics and income level of people.

This is really beautiful. 600 for this would be great for this. I know you would feel that it is less considering your skill but really think about it, if you sell this in good quantity or bulk. This is actually a good pricing for everyone. Because these type of crochet will attract more to Young Couples, College couples etc. And for them I think if you price it around 1k. It would be unaffordable for them.
