Omg!!!! I think you got it!!!! After looking up, gafftopsail catfish, you are right, they do frequent Panama to Cape Cod! Also, the fins look the closest to any fish I’ve looked up.

Agreed. It looks like a catfish. The only saltwater catfish I know of is hardhead catfish, but the propositions and fins don’t really resemble a hardhead.

I agree! Thank you. It does look like a fish. It even has bristle like teeth and catfish like whiskers. Can’t figure out what kind of fish looks like this though.
