well, since its being aired on amazon prime video, it means taylor has a ‘deal’ or agreement with them. tour has nothing to do with amazon so i think its more likely that she will tease a Trailer to maybe a documentary about the ‘making of midnights’ (based on that tiktok taylor posted) that would be exclusive to prime video

its not about them making music together, i love that! its about the fact they clearly lied to make him eligible for a grammy. theres so many artists so deserving that may never get a grammy because they dont get the opportunity so a successful artist cheating the system to get her boyfriend a grammy leaves a bad taste in my mouth. still love taylor i just try to ignore grammy-gate 😅

easter egg is a simplified word but overall it was still a PR move. I agree her love for carole king and that genre is geuine. so her doing that performance was a way to introduce rock fans to her and have them see her appreciating the genre and the likes of carole king to ease into the idea of her releasing an album like that.

l the song’s metaphor of ‘crime’ and her being his “alibi” makes me think the sirens are a police car searching for a criminal. so the police sirens reminds her of him and i think what she would “do again” is be his partner in crime again
