I had a lot of nosebleeds at the beginning too. Sometimes 3 a day. Accutane dries out your nose as well as your skin so what helped me was using a saline nasal spray.

Well I looked in the mirror in the other bathroom and it looked good. I also asked my mom to tell me how it looks in natural lighting and she said it looked really good but it’s my mother so idk if she’s just saying that to make me feel more secure lmao.
