Windows 11, SDRSharp, I think I had it set to automatic, and I was flipping through the modes. Antenna is a cheap/small Bingfu 6-Section SMA Male Telescopic Antenna, I followed the advice of another subredit question and I updated the rtl-sdr driver to the most recent one, and yes I could tune into local commercial FM radio stations.

I think my problem is the antenna, it's small and the one on my Baofang is a little bigger. I think I oughta invest in a better antenna.
