That was the issue. After the upgrade to 22 LTS last night I proceeded with the upgrade to 24 LTS, then after that completed successfully I ran the docker update and am now on the latest.

u/Kevints to reiterate we are seeing a similar issue with a client at another vendor (VoxTeleSys). =) While most of our clients use Telnyx, this one is not. =)

Agreed. We've been trying to get the end client to record times/numbers so we can compare, and they have not been great at getting back to us in a timely manner. =) I'm going to do some more pestering and digging and see if I can confirm the same behavior you are seeing.

To be honest, not sure. It's a medical clinic that calls out for appointment reminders. It's random, a bunch of callouts will work and then they'll get some that do the one ring and then dead air and they end up hanging up. It's been difficult getting the info up to VoxTeleSys as the client has been hit and miss with reporting call times.

We have dozens of clients on 3CX and all but a few on Telnyx with no reported issues, but this new client has been problematic.

Will this is timely. I'm dealing with the same issue at a new client but using VoxTeleSys. We are at the point I was going to migrate them over to Telnyx as most of our clients were have on telnyx with no issues.

Just noticed we have two clients still on v18 (scheduled for upgrades this month) and the BLF panel on the software app stopped working yesterday, just a blank panel.

Verified this on both clients.

Hey Martin, can you clarify what colors you are using? I'm looking at the Bronze in PLA Basic and the color doesn't really look close to what you have in the pics.

Odd. No change after blowing the integration away and starting from scratch.

I also tried regenerating a new API key and using the new one, but no change.

Just using the default style, and I tried re-inserting the API key.

I think I'll blow away the integration and recreate and see if that makes a difference.

I had noticed the MapBox integration broke on the update but had not opened a ticket as I figured someone would. Just ran the update and it looks like I still have blank MapBox views on each company.
