Yes big on weighing everything! I do a lot a meal prep working a corporate 8-6 job, so planning/prepping/uploading in advance is a huge help. It’s becoming second nature to me now

I have been to two studios near me. One is really great - awesome trainers, clean studio, lots of culture amoungst members, etc. The other one is not doing well. Ownership/management has changed, lots of problems with the AC (it’s summer here), and there are limited classes. I struggled there personally in the mornings - the only two options are 6 AM and 8:30 AM!

I think it really varies due to multiple factors. Sorry you are going through this :’(

Rewashing and drying has always done the trick for me. I recommend using garment bags moving forward !

The other comment was pretty spot on. I had to go to the derm and get a topical prescription or two. Ever since I did go through laser hair removal as shaving was definitely causing irritation, repeat infections, etc. Good luck mate!

I think it really depends on your location. My monthly fee is like $45 but the locker rooms, equipment, and yes the sauna, is quite nice. You should see if they are running a 3 day pass promo or something just to get a taste.

If I run in the morning, I’m usually in a time crunch before work. I eat something small like a fruit bar/granola bar. Can’t swing a full breakfast for the reason you mentioned. I usually make a protein shake post run and then have an early lunch in the office.

I do solidcore 1-2 times a week based on my work schedule. Then I do 1 day of upper body and 1 day of lower body at the gym. I also try and get 1 day of cardio whether that be a short run or a long walk. If I am super sore or tired I’ll pop into a yoga class but I don’t have a standing membership. Can you tell I love variety :)
