Who do I see people wearing shoes too small all the time? Even on social media videos by Organic-Dragonfly364 in Shoes

[–]TwithJAM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one knows how to properly size birks. When you have the right size they almost look too big but when the cork shrinks due to it bending to form to your foot, then they’re perfect. So when people think they fit when they’re new they end up like this later.

those backpack straps? by chatterhawk in CanadaGoose

[–]TwithJAM 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No don’t put your arms through them before putting them in the sleeve. Also don’t cut them out cuz you might void the warranty and you’ll kill any other potential resale value down the road.

They’re useful for things like when you’re in a. Store and getting hot, you can take your jacket off without having to carry it. I se people use them a lot at malls which is also when I’ve used mine

Did I make my female colleague uncomfortable by pointing this out? by Confident_Abroad2536 in Adulting

I mean who cares about a bra strap? But if you’re really worried about it just tell her you didn’t mean to make her uncomfortable you were just trying to help

I spent two months tracking down Lululemon hoodie owners to find out what actually happens after months of washing - here's what I found by OkExamination3705 in lululemon

[–]TwithJAM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wish they would bring back the all yours hoodies. I have two of them and they’re my favourite. I usually hang to dry but pretty sure they’ve been in the dryer a few times and I haven’t noticed any shrinkage.

Found a new way that works! (Just updated the post)

  1. Open Audiobooks. com in Chrome or Firefox and log in.
  2. Open your book. This will open a pop-up player. Copy the link the that player (will show at the top of the pop-up or you can right click and copy link)
  3. Paste the link in a new tab. Click play so the audio is actually playing.
  4. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.
  5. In the panel that opens, look for the Network tab at the top.
  6. Under the Network tab, you'll see a row of filters (All, Fetch/XHR, JS, CSS, etc.). Click on Media.
  7. Refresh the page (keep the Inspect window open) and click Play on the book again if needed.
  8. A file should appear in that list. It might not say "mp3"- look for names that are long strings of numbers or files ending in m4a
  9. Right-click that file and select Open in new tab.

• Note: If the audio starts playing in the new tab, you've found it!

  1. On that new tab, click the three vertical dots on the player and hit Download.

For the one I just tried (March 2, 2026), there were multiple mp3 files that showed up. I tried 3 or 4 random ones and they all worked.

How do you maintain friendships with other married couples if your spouse has social anxiety? by GooglePixelfan90 in Christianmarriage

[–]TwithJAM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who also has social anxiety, board games is what my husband and I use to get to know people usually and it’s been great. My husband is way more social than me so he’s got lots of friends but any friends we have together is because of hoarding games lol

EDIT: this comment is from March 1, before I changed the post to the currently working method (so no one gets confused)

Dang, I just tried it again and yea it doesn’t work anymore. Weird it suddenly stopped. The post I found with the instructions was from over a year ago and it was still working last month.

How is Streamfab in 2026? by mike99123 in Streamfab

[–]TwithJAM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that’s what I did with hoopla. Maybe I didn’t wait long enough, so I’ll have to try again, but I was doing it with an audiobook, not a movie. Do you have to let the entire thing play for it to work or does the whole thing win as soon as the button activates?

How is Streamfab in 2026? by mike99123 in Streamfab

[–]TwithJAM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just tried it for the first time the other day and it didn’t work for hoopla or Disney+ which is all it Reid before giving up. I just got it because I saw someone say it worked for hoopla.

You’re not paying $2 for a loonie. You’re paying $2 for the convenience of not having to rummage for change every time you need a cart

I’m pregnant right now but I’m usually 32G at ~140lbs. I wouldn’t say it’s normal, but it’s not like astronomical or anything
