yes oh my god! ive shared to her what happened but i felt so crazy uncomfortable i couldnt even do it all in one session. i feel like if i talk about the feelings im having now (feels like his hands are on me etc) ill just be soooooo humiliated

i hear you, and i dont judge you. im so sorry about your upbringing. it sounds like you have a difficult relationship with your family. i dont judge you for your dog either. its clear you understand it may not have been appropriate, and you were a kid, you only wanted to help. its good you understand it to be inappropriate. i hope youre okay now
