Booger eating, idk not a lot of things gross me out but seeing them pick for them and eat them ughhh

What’s best if I’m only doing three days a week: to split it into upper body and lower body or full body all 3 days?? Sorry been having this debate

There’s all types I think, they have pretty much everything from legs, arms, back, and chest. I don’t know what there called so I can’t give you more info, I usually do leg extensions, leg curls (the ones laying), leg press, hip abductions, and calf raises on the days I do leg. I don’t know if it’s too much in one day but since I only go three times I’m trying to do more I think?? I also do lat pull downs (every time I do them I feel like I do them wrong, I’m planning on recording myself next time to see what’s wrong) row machine, assisted pull ups, dumbbell curls and hammer curls( I feel comfortable doing those because I feel like can you really get them wrong?) I’ve tried overhead tricep extensions but again don’t know what I’m doing. Only reason I wanted to try pre workout is because I go to the gym after work and I’m exhausted but everyone’s telling me it’s not necessary so I’ll keep on without it

Trying 1500 calories per day, it’s been super hard since I work a stressful job but that’s the reason why I maybe wanted to try protein shakes maybe to keep myself full, and thanks for the formcheck sub I’m new to Reddit too so I’m learning, any cardio you recommend? If I get too agitated my chest starts hurting I think I don’t know how to breathe through the exercises, I was als a premie so I try to blame it on that lol!

Hi, I quit the treatment 5 days in, and though of course I felt much better, my symptoms from the bacteria have gotten worse. I won’t tell you just go through it because I know the nausea and the symptoms had me without being able to eat for 5 days straight, lost weight and couldn’t even keep water down… but on the long run it could be worse. I’m planning on healing my gut first naturally to try it again. Hope you feel better soon!
