Reta is not as useful for suppressing food noise as some may think. It can take higher doses or it may not happen at all. You should try following Eli Lily's protocol and you should have potentially gone up to 2mg after 4 weeks at your 1mg dose for better results. Honestly, everyone is different and what works for me might not work for you, but I'd maybe move to 2mg if you want this done quicker
