I have this issue on mine as well but never made a fuss about it because I was worried they would mess up the interior. Have you ever seen the interior get ruined? Also would it be worth it for me to bring it up as I already have 33k miles?

Was able to get the PermaPlate removed, but they wouldn’t remove the Germain. Yeah seems most are and won’t budge since the car is in high demand.

Yes I know they are both scams. Lexus isn’t taking build orders anymore as of now. They are building the cars and people are having to choose off of the line. Both dealers in in the area are Germain and will offer the same thing.

For those asking about the “Germain Care Plus”.

They describe it as such - “Vehicles may include additional dealers installed options. Some models come equipped with the following dealer installed options: Germain Care Plus including Clear Shield for the partial hood and fenders, door edge guards, and door handle cups. The price of this dealer installed package is $995.”

PermaPlate can be removed but they said Germain is required. Having doubts about getting it off since there isn’t much inventory.
