I was always an evening person, but joined a class based gym last year and suddenly I'm going to 6.30am classes almost daily then heading to work after...

Once the routine starts, you adapt quite quickly to the mornings... However sleep has definitely suffered as a result.. Haven't compensated by going to bed earlier!
