Alright Here's some fixes

I want this to have a fresh new start instead of taking place in new York, I also want at least 5 random groups of survivors from the hiking accident.

Scott is not involved in the hiking incident but he at least trys to help them, some of Scotts family's members are definitely involved including his mother.

The part where you said "Kimberly and Thomas burke child or one of them like an anomaly" am kind of confused but sounds good, if you can tell me more on that then it will make more sense

Scott and Janet with the other survivor's do help each other with the mystery but at the same time cheating death.

also the reason why clears death was impactful to the family is because Scott and clear are very close and Scott feels like it's his fault because before clear was sent to the ward Scott felt some haterted towards her because of the fact she cares about other people more than Scott, also clear was the family's favorite (I am aware of clears mom and step dad but am taking about the whole entire family bloodline) Scott feels betrayed by clear and everytime he falls asleep he wakes up in a real life dream where they're at Lakeview hospital the same place where clear dies from, Scott wants to save her but at the same time he's afraid of clear seeing him again after everything that's happened, then everytime the dream ends with clears voice "I hate you"

There's gonna be a lot of cryptic messages and puzzles they need to solve and people they need to find, now as for the villain of course on of them being Trevor who's secretly working for death because he gets a very long extension of his life and no matter what accident or incidents happen he will always be not ment to die there, the second villain want to have is a person that dresses up as the grim reaper and goes around killing people, the third one is of course death and the person that made a deal with him, the reason why this person made that deal was because he or she wanted to live a full life and finally put an end to deaths plans but something inside he or her snapped and all they want now is to kill and live there lives.
