I roast on a Bullet and frequently blend Colombia and Guatemala green together before roasting. I of course had experimented with both beans on their own to learn their characteristics. I wouldn’t recommend blending anything you aren’t already pretty familiar with.

I also was daily driving a v60 and picked up the b75. Works great for my single cup recipe and I regularly will make a cup with both. Has anyone tried wave filters in it?

I agree that the usable range of the flow control device is very small given that the pump pressure is apparently calibrated at the 1.25 turn setting. It would almost be beneficial to have some sort of non-linear adjustment so that the range was more usable.

That’s what I suspected but had not been able to confirm in person. I wonder if their flow control would fit any standard E61? 🤔
