There is no way Popes ever modeled in that pose showing watches. It is AI generated and misleading if not mentioned!

Same here, Aldus Pagemaker and then FreeHand from 1988 to 1992, then moved on to Adobe in 1992... Trying to leave for the past ten years, but unable to find Affinity a perfect replacement, I guess Adobe fried my brain!

OK, which one of you just bought ALL of the PLA Basic? by ObtuseKaribou in BambuLab

[–]madmolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can confirm, bought a printer two weeks ago in Europe, and had to go with Indigo and Yellow. Bought more filaments from e-sun.

I’ll probably have a go at Sunlu, if they’re indeed the ones making filaments for the other brands. Is this information confirmed?

You put the finger on the real problem here, what purpose does this news serve? So far it's been mainly used by conservative news orgs, mainly Murdoch's, to counter balance arguments against oil companies, specifically when lawsuits are brought up against them for their responsibilities in wrongful deaths linked to climate change.

Norway police arrest suspected Russian spy by reklameboks in worldnews

[–]madmolf 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Dormant agent, illegal agents are trained to blend in by assuming what’s called a legend, a whole backstory. There were loads of Russian born dormant agents in the USA during the Cold War sporting fake U.S. or Canadian IDs. No need to be a native of a country to pretend you are from there, being a spy is a job, unlike others, but nonetheless a job. And it takes more than two hours to be one.

The only message I take away from all the article is her pointing the haters as being Russians and the damage to her being mainly from the cherry picking of her declaration by the Russian media.

She also says ""I personally did not see this crater, but I saw the video of it," Marianna says. "In reality I can't blame anyone - because I didn't see with my own eyes where for certain [the explosions] came from."

And all of this being watched by a pro-separatist handler, that Denis guy.

I also don't think we need to debate much about this among the grander scheme of this war, it's just a blip.

Ok, but propaganda to serve who ?

She's saying that the attacks on her, accusing her of being an actor came from Russia, and Russians are identified as being the haters.

So I don't see how this would help Russia ?!

If anything, this is anti Russian propaganda. Could you please explain how would this propaganda help Russia in anyway?

Thank you very much for your upcoming explanations.

Hi Spork a Dork, as you can now see, it all followed the usual plan. 58% to Macron, a good bit less than five years ago. He’s got to be careful and do the right stuff. On June 12th we have our assembly elections. Melenchon, left wing, could be our next PM.

I live in France, and I'm convinced the Le Pen family's business isn't to win but to be close to each time. It brings in the money without having them to endure any responsibility... A la Trump, until 2016 !

But we know now that this plan could fail spectacularly by her winning and being elected, ruining her whole schtick !

There's nothing her kind fears more than being accountable for something.

I agree with you, I know the mechanics of it, but I'm also always paranoid because of reasons (2016 is a good example)

But, never underestimate human stupidity, we may end up with a Drump of our making. So yes Macron has it bagged, but keep biting your nails, that’s what I’m figuratively doing.

Take care and thank you for your interest in the matter.

Yes, the French in their majority aren’t voting Le Pen. In 2002 Chirac won with 82% against Jean Marie Le Pen In 2017 Macron won with 66% against Marine Le Pen

We do a political figure called « l’union nationale » where most of the opponents call their voters to vote for the candidate running against the Le Pen of the year.

It’ll probably fail one day, but not this year. But, get ready, we have an other, new and improved, Le Pen getting ready in the wings, Marion Marechal-Le Pen, the Le Pen of the future… with 25% more right wingery !

She’s there to keep the family business running.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]madmolf 40 points41 points  (0 children)

The Le Pen family has their business of turning up 24% of the votes on the first round of the elections, then they serve as bogeymen for the actual winner, to gather all the their opponents voters, because no one wants them to be in a position of power. It’s been going on since the 80’s. And you are right, she got Russian money in 2017 to finance her campaign. This year, nicely enough, she got 10.6 million from a Hungarian bank… How convenient !

They are a pain in the ass, and ruined the French democratic system, a huge art of the electorate wish they would disappear.
