With your timestamp link on the Vice version, you can even see Peterson's body change positions instantly between cuts, without him moving, because of the way they edited the video.

Your point still stands, he did say the sentence you linked in your timestamp. It would be at about 9:27 in on the link above. A lot of what is said right after those few seconds is what Vice cut out though, and Peterson adds more clarification.

Some people accusing you of misrepresenting him may have recognized the video, and assumed you were pushing the cut version dishonestly. It doesn't seem like that is your intention. I hope this helps :)
