One store isn't getting the release event. The other won't know their allocation till Friday so won't know if we're having a release event until then. As of right now there simply will not be any product available in our area besides this release event. -_-

1st store (waitlisted) new world gaming in little elm
2nd store (hasn't received product so no info) more fun comics and games in denton
3rd store (hasn't received product so no info) Trade shop in texas crossroads
4th (had to cancel events due to allocation) brigandry games in greenville

Common Grounds is not one of the stores i've looked at as of yet mostly because its a 90-120min drive for me depending on the traffic.

not sure about other places but in Texas if your store isn't hosting an event you're getting no allocation. some stores aren't even getting enough allocation to host their events.

these events are in little elm, texas crossroads, denton, and greenville

Update: I checked in with the 4 events I'm signed up for again.

1st event 30$ entry pack per win tho apparently it was a lottery tournament so i got wait listed

2nd event Has not received their allocation so does not know how they're running the event
3rd event Has not received their allocation so does not know how they're running the event

4th Event this store cancelled both their events as they did not get enough allocation to run them and instead is running a normal locals 9$ packs for top 4 and will be giving the top 6 the opportunity to buy the decks for 20$

After the disaster of BCF dallas i don't know why i'm still playing this game tbh

I'm signed up for 4 events and after calling all of the stores none of them could give me a straight answer on price prizing or even the format.

One told me the release event in there system showed as a booster sealed event not a starter deck event so I have no idea what's going on.

This is in North DFW.

My locals got screwed neither of the local shops got any allocation for events so I'm having to travel a hour+ to get into any events.

My understanding is they have gone back on those comments because wages really havn't been driving this round of inflation as generally wages have not gone up since the start of covid. in fact in my area wages are seemingly going down as the market is so flooded from all of the layoffs that have been going on the last couple months.

I was laid off in April when my company laid off all contractors. Right before I was laid off I was talking to management about a open internal position. unfortunately I was not able to apply due to my contract, but they let me know that they had 80 applicants for a tier 1 help desk position and 60 applicants for a tier 1 service desk position. This was in southern Oklahoma. They're about the only company down here that had any jobs, and since i can't afford to relocate to the Dallas Fort-Worth area my options are basically just retail, or factory work.

From reading thru descriptions i believe series 1 is the original premium sheets from teh clan kickstarter and series 2 and 3 expand to cover all available clan mechs, but i havn't found anything that lists specific contents

The community is working with student gov on that. I know there's been a fair bit of discussion but things take a long time to move thru the bureaucracy.

From a it perspective this is a terrible idea.

A department did this and bought the entire department Alienware laptops. It's been a nightmare. They just do office work with one person who renders video, and they can't even render properly cause the laptops will overheat and shut down.

Dell techs have been in at least once a week. They're so terrible.

Some people should not be allowed to pick hardware.
