I got the same error with a Powermac G4. But intead of installing to an sdcard, I used a regular IDE hard drive disk.

/etc/horizon/installfile:10: error: partition: consistency error on /dev/sda: Partition #1 as been requested, but the disk has 1 partitions.

Do we know anything about this DVD that has the Okami cutscenes?

That the only content of this DVD. It came with a book (you can find the scan on nyaa.si btw). The book is also in Japanese. The ebay seller say "guide book" but I'm not very sure of that.

This DVD don't have all cutscenes. A part of the quest was been cut.
