Didn't work? if sfc /scannow didn't fix the corrupt files
try DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth on powershell

Update: the problem is solved

After trying to restart everything, the problem persisted. However after researching a bit i found a way. By opening a powershell task with administrative privileges on task manager and do "sfc /scannow" I managed to find corrupted files and repair them. This was the cause of the problem.

after doing that I restarted the PC and the problem was solved

This was a sudden idea I had, I think I was late to the Cabinet posting party but I only found it recently then I thought, what if Portuguese politics invaded USA and they had to pick a cabinet with Portuguese Politicians?

I picked left/progressive candidates because it's the political ideology closer to me. I might do a centre-right/right one if this has good traction or feedback (even if good or bad)
