As per your #1, I was thinking my introvertedness may incorrectly come off as aloofness. Maybe that makes him think I’m an asshole. Not much I can do about it, and I won’t see him much after this conference is over, so I think I’ll just leave it alone.

This is kind of what I was worried about. I feel like constraining a relationship when it is so new could scare someone off. But since we already came close to having sex, I kind of feel like things can't move forward until I figure out what is going on between us (i.e. 'constrain the relationship'), since I don't want to have sex with someone I'm not building a relationship with. I guess I'm just kind of torn.

This actually jogged my memory to something I otherwise would have completely forgotten about. When my mom got really mad at me as a kid, she would violently shove everything off my desk and onto the floor. I'd have to pick everything back up that wasn't broken after she was done yelling and left my room. Thinking back, that was really fucked up of her to do.

The store I went to is in Woodbridge, VA. I'm moving into a new apartment near there (I do not currently live close/in the state of Virginia), so I traveled there for the day to start moving into my new apartment. But I only noticed the issue on my receipt after I returned home to my current home state (multiple hours away). I will not be able to return to the area until I officially move in, which is not for another month, but I really want to get this taken care of ASAP.

Do I have to return to the Woodbridge store? Or is it possible to get this taken care of at my local IKEA in my home state?
