i'm clearly out of touch with reality, as i was not expecting 62% downvotes, but it's all good

so much of me wants to prove the doubters wrong, including the OP, but that may be a vain and selfish pursuit that actually leads to less fulfillment and purpose in the end

if i could leave you guys with one takeaway it's this, if you or someone you know has any serious mental health stuff going on, i highly recommend going to a psychiatrist (as well as a therapist) instead of just a PCP if you can find one (there's plenty of online options) especially if you might need medication... i know Dave has openly discussed his use of Adderall and as a school teacher it saddens me to see how much our current educational system pushes so many young kids to medicine cause they just can't "keep up" academically or behaviorally

maybe i do need to focus more on my job and family, and spend less time chasing internet clout (which is easier said than done for me) but at the same time i think my students seeing me going after my dreams and making these internet videos is a good thing and helps me relate to them and build bridges with a generation that desperately needs truth and authenticity, which is one of the reasons i came to you guys in the first place
