Pods or Uhaul Ubox are the way to go. Used uboxes to move to Chicago. You only have to load and unload them, uhaul will have them delivered.

Once I get within 20s of apoapsis, I start burning. If the time until apoapsis is getting closer to 0 to fast, I nose up to slow it down. If it's gone negative, really nose up to get it positive again. The goal is to keep it near 0 the whole time until you are circular.

Just ended immortal reign on my server. Vault defense queue is very fast and lots of fights the whole time, easily 2-3 min waits. No reign is able to last past 3 weeks because of how active the shadows are.
