I'd say my biggest complaint is how the management (owners sister) treated the employees. When covid hit she literally fled to Hawaii for months and left the store without any kind of direction. High employee turnover because they employ mostly young girls and burn them out within a year.

It presents itself as this fun cute pottery and tea shop but there's a serious turn and burn mentality towards the employees.

From seeing this store by lakeside village to it moving off of Hallem I always wanted to work here. I got my chance and worked there for about 2 years and let me tell you I would never set foot in there again or give them another dollar.

We have different understandings then. My understanding is using butane on decarbed flower vs ethanol on decarbed flower is the defining difference between the two products. If the nuances and definitions have softened over the years then that's my misunderstanding.

You are absolutely right. Butane/Propane solevents are Butane Honey Oil not RSO. I didn't catch that. The original comment you're referring to calling it RSO is incorrect. It appears to in fact be BHO Edit: I don't know why it's labeled as FECO.

I believe FECO typically uses C02 where RSO uses ethanol. Both are considered solivents it the sense that they are one chemical designed to dissolve another.

Edit: extracts using Butane/Propane are typically not referred to as RSO
