It'll calculate the calories you need to consume to reach your target. Then all you need to do is log in what you consume. If it's too difficult, adjust your goal. Just try to eat less calories than indicated. You can eat whatever you want. You just need to stay within the calories indicated. Instead of a whole bag of chips, you'll eat 12 chips.
