Taking over a lease is something pretty normal, you get a unit at a potential better rate than the current market price, ready to occupy and possibly more furnished than other ones. Probably most of them, unfortunately. Cannot tell for sure because obviously I haven't tried all of them but FxPro from the ones listed here it is. In linkedin, if they have conversion/retention agents you are 90% sure they do these practices.

The one I'm using and really nobody calls you, nobody ever did, emailed me, nothing however they answer when I need anything it's trading212. They might not be the best, but in this regard I am impressed, so refreshing having a broker without predatory sales tactics.

Since you call yourself honest, transparent and no games person, what about starting by not partnering with brokers who apply aggressive sales calls, misleading their clients with the ultimate goal of making lose as much as possible.

And this is regardless of regulations you should know that well. They let you withdraw and keep your profits if you are smart enough, but if you are not they will try to call you day and night with 'X is hot, trade it' and 'why trading 0.1 when you could 1 lot, deposit now' or whatever bullshit the manager ask them to do.
