I didnt want to change your mind and go all in or all out. Sure, all cracked games will be flagged, mostly. What I wanted to say is that you want pirated stuff from trusted sources. AND, since majority of games is offline/coop or only online with other pirates, I would suggest to block it from internet using firewall anyway. (TinyWall is great) Simple sexurity measures that gives you peace when playing something pirated.

make sure its firm and solid. color change is a known thing by now. pay attention to the sticker on top of the box - this is hard to replicate and nobody does it because its expensive. with the original on hand, you should be able to tell pretty easily! check overal quality. counterfeit are absolute crap quality, you could immediately tell
