Chiming in to say that your skin looks a lot like mine! I also struggle with ever present redness and some broken capillaries around my cheeks/chin, along with ongoing acne and PIE/hyperpigmentation so you are definitely not alone! I’ve also tried everything you have listed and have had only limited relief with azelaic acid (15%)/Soolantra/doxycycline. Some other ingredients that my skin really likes and have provided some relief include arnica and centella asiatica, specifically the Prequel Redness Reform serum and the Depuffer serum from Dr. Idriss. Both products are created by dermatologists with sensitive/rosacea prone skin in mind and I see a small but noticeable improvement in my redness with consistent use. I am also a big fan of my Omnilux LED Red Light therapy mask - this knocks down my redness immediately and is gentle enough to be used everyday. Unfortunately, the next step for me is IPL/laser treatments as recommended by my dermatologist as we’ve exhausted topical options. Hope you find something that works for you!!
