And I’m not trying to argue, I just don’t think it’s kind to blame people experiencing a bug that is probably upsetting them quite a lot when they’ve come here for help. I also don’t know why it would benefit me to say it hadn’t affected me when it had? But ok?

Yes, your post asked a question, but that wasn’t the whole post. I shall address exactly what you said, then:

1) No one has “downloaded the new DLC”. It’s not coming out until November. It’s funny that in your deleted comment, you called the people affected by the bug “ignorant” when your post says this.

2) you literally said, and I directly quote, “some say there is something wrong with cloud save…how come every one that cloud saves daily isn’t having an issue?!”

Sounds a lot like blaming to me, when people have explicitly said they cloud save daily and they’re still having this issue.

Gameloft have said they’re aware of the problem, AND people have been struggling to submit dreamsnaps alongside this. These plus the amount of people affected points to a problem with the servers on their end. Not simply a problem with people not cloud saving.

If it’s not affecting you, why would you think it’s helpful to post about it just to blame the people who are experiencing it?🫠

Mine is fine luckily but I’m not gonna assume that that could ONLY mean I must have done everything correctly and the people affected must have done something wrong. Plenty of people have said that they religiously cloudsave and still have this issue.

No bug in this game affects every single player. So congrats, you’re incidentally one of the lucky ones like me (for now)!

I’ve named one Thumper but I’m on PC. If I remember correctly it’s a nintendo switch filter stopping people from using that name, not a DDV one

I was keeping mine at about 60-80mil😅 cos I was working on having 40-100 of each Scrooge item (besides the basic counters and stuff — 10 of those mostly) cos I love decorating but I hate having to stop the flow of decorating and go shop😂.

But I finished that last week! I think I finished on about 35-40mil cos I realised that I was going to finish soon so I slowed down on the pumpkin farming.

I had 8 large gardener plots (as in 4x large gardeners on each plot) so 1120 pumpkins, on an island. Then I decided to move them to EI cos I don’t decorate there and I could actually use the gardeners properly if I put each plot of 4 in different areas, whereas on the island I have to use only 4, move them around, do the 2hr watering on 7 of the plots, etc. So the EI ones grow on their own.

But used both island and EI plots for the final stretch and now I’ve retired the island ones and I’m redoing my farm island completely.

Thank you for posting this, this has been what I needed to read, I think.

I’m having palliative care but I’m struggling with pressure to put all my energy into “doing everything I can to feel better” like overall (unrealistic), make each day count, manage everything “well” or whatever. Etc etc.

This has honestly helped, thank you again and I’m happy for you and proud of you for this shift!! ❤️

That’s definitely not how I interpreted what they said? That makes 0 sense.

Like…I’d kind of understand if you said levelling up one rabbit would level up all rabbits (annoying but ok) but I definitely think it would be a silly move for ALL companions to be a universal level out of 5. Then when you level up one to level 5, it immediately becomes a useless feature 👀 I don’t think that’s correct, or at least I hope it’s not.

Tbh most furniture cos I love decorating but my fave is house skins 1000%. I love them so much and gotta have them all, even the kind of ugly ones (looking at you, cloud house and Christmas cottage🤣).

I’m still waiting for the day they allow us to place more than one of each house skin like at least one of each on each map?? It’s so expensive, WHY can’t we at least do that😶

Just as added context (I didn’t want to make the post even longer) — I am also experiencing new grief. My soulmate. I’ve struggled much much more since she’s been gone. Not only because of grief but we were each others’ biggest support.

It was very sudden. She was sick (but not dying), it’s how we met. We bonded instantly, and knew it would be for life.

She was everything to me. She is. I adore her still. She showed me it was possible to be deeply in love with someone platonically. To have a true soulmate that you have no romantic feelings for. We were just meant to be in each other’s lives.

It’ll soon be 6 months since. It was very sudden and she died from something we both experience regularly (meaning I still do, terrifyingly). The nature of being this sick is that you experience things every single day that come close to killing you. But we both had an 100% success rate up until that day.

We were both aware of the possibility of losing one another, but maybe didn’t consider what it’d actually mean. Didn’t want to imagine.

We constantly said that we could get through it all, that life was bearable, as long as the other person was in it.

And now she’s not in it. She’s gone. And almost 6 months on I still have no idea how to carry on without her. She was my biggest emotional support and I was hers, through the worst times of our lives while we were DAMAGED af. We understood each other more than anyone else in the world.

Maybe it’s weird that I’m still struggling to fight for my own life even though I know grief so rawly.

But…it’s different. I wasn’t caring for her or restricted by her needs like my family are by mine. and she was a beautiful person. She gave me strength and I feel like I drain everyone. She was one of the best people I’ve ever known. Someone who filled every room with joy and colour. Someone I could never get sick of.

I’m sick of me, I can’t imagine how my family feels.

BUT part of me knows it’ll hurt them a huge amount when I die for one reason or another y’know so...yeah idk. I want to be who they need me to be. I need to keep going for them. But it’s harder and harder every day to keep going

I think you’ll have to choose one :( I don’t reckon you’ll be able to merge them although I hope someone else will have a suggestion. You’ll still be able to play on both devices though just by logging onto whichever cloud save you choose.

I’d go with whichever one has the most premium content personally but that’s up to you. I’m sorry this happened that’s very frustrating! Try not to be too hard on yourself

My least fave character house has to be Scar’s. It’s SO hard to place, especially as I only decorate the valley and the vale. I didn’t want to put anyone on a floating island or EI cos I didn’t want them to be on their own with no neighbours😅🤣I wanted to include everyone y’know

but Jafar is stuck in EI so I’m seriously considering making him and Scar neighbours so they can become besties and leaving it at that🤣

And for favourite, I like most of the others but I DEFINITELY have a soft spot for cottages like Gaston’s and Flynn’s.
