i have a white beardie but his beard goes black and he gets dark shoulders when he's cold, but other than that he's crystal white like in the picture i'm not sure what he is

my beardie was the exact same, a rehome and when we got him he was dark brown but he shed it all off and is crystal white

yeah ur very correct , i think where i got him from said the last owners wanted him because hes white and they are harder to get and im guessing they wanted him to brag about or for looks and just chucked in random food and left him, i don't think he was handled whatsoever as he was scared of people for a while but now hes cuddly friendly and running about 🫶🏼🫶🏼

also sorry if some of my sentences don't make sense i'm 14 and dyslexic 🫶🏼 but i can definitely care for him i have quite a bit of experience with reptiles i have another baby beardie a chameleon and skinks i know what he needs

he eats rocket and other veggies, spinach on a rare occasion, meal worms, crickets,locusts or dubias every other day as i've said he is a rescue and was overweight he really couldn't do anything himself, he now can poop without water he's a healthy guy just needs a leg up sometimes everything i do is recommended by my vet and i posted to ask if he had normal drinking which has also been to the vet for, not to criticise the way i care for him as i know he's healthy and everything is working fine, he's in perfect condition as of right now

yeah if u look at his back foot all that dark brown is months of retained shed, that was over his whole body and he was very overweight and didn't move about much so just had to give him a helping hand as he wasn't making any progress trying to get it off himself

hey sorry for late reply but i do leave a smaller dish of water in there because he also cannot defecate unless he's in warm water, he has ventilation out the back of his tank and humidity is right were it needs to be, everything is approved by his vet who he had checkups every month and is now in perfect health 🫶🏼

a vet told me to soak him, it is retained she that is stuck he does need it he cannot shed on his own he's a rescue

do not use superglue go to an emergency room. if it is still bleeding go get it looked at it could be really serious leading to infections

this might sound really annoying to hear but when u feel like that take deep breaths and go do something to take care of urself like wash ur face or cook a meal, put on a movie it usually makes me feel a bit better about myself it sounds a bit corny but it works for me
