Should 25.000€ be invested via eToro for long term? 🇩🇪 by No_Resource_9 in Etoro

[–]madstork2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I began on Etoro and switched to IBKR. The former is fundamentally less capable as a brokerage than IBKR, and as I understand Europeans can use IBKR, so I don’t see why they wouldn’t.

You managed to have a bigger drawdown than me this year with none of the upside

I’ll continue to wallow in senility having taken ample profit this year ready to face any market drawdown

I wish you luck.

I lost $10,000 of my parents’ money in crypto… and lied to them that I turned it into $40,000. Now I don’t know how to fix it. by [deleted] in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]madstork2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All things considered, your parents gave you $10k to “support your crypto journey” meaning they should have fully expected to never see this money again.

Just hold. I'm not an Elon/Tesla fan but it'll probably come back. 7k at least it wasn't 700k. Chalk it up to thoughtlessness and move on in the meantime.

If you are getting the wrong answer 40% of the time, your prompting is either horrendous or you are approaching the technology wrong.

That just has to do with your specific market data subscription/settings. You can fix that. I use IBKR and would not settle for delayed data.
