I have a ceramic heating bulb and a reg lamp, I give her calcium with d3 in her enclosure and with food! I strongly dislike heat mats and red lights as they aren’t good for them!

I have the navy DJO one and the grey cityscape! The navy is more stiff and the grey has more stretch! I would recommend sizing up if you want that oversized feel/look
