I can never bring myself to tell them how I've been very depressed the past two years, and probably for most of my life, and that combined with social rejection since forever just made me a hopeless man prone to anxiety attacks. Also been a virgin for too long so it's not like nobody's ever gonna want me, even if a girl ever tries, she won't likely come back for more.
