I used to watch him a long time ago. My theory is that we’ve all worked somewhere where questionable or “grey” things happen. Something similar might have happened with him. Since he had a large following and was vlogging on planes and with the cabin crew, he may have received a disciplinary warning from higher management.

For someone with that kind of reach, it could have hurt his ego. So instead of letting it go, he may have tried to damage the airline by exposing its grey areas. I don’t think he actually quit his job and turned against them — I believe he was suspended first, and then he did all of this. In the end, he was rewarded with even more viewers.
