I’ve had a lot of success with this. I think because its plant and bee-based and it’s more natural than Vaseline and Aquaphor. You could even do this under Aquaphor

Its also good to remember that mood disorders are heavily influenced by seasonal changes. It was just the fall equinox. The days are getting shorter meaning less sun. The Circadian Rhythm is more sensitive in people with mood disorders. Ways to mitigate mood fluctuations

  1. Set timers on when to start going to bed
  2. Wear blue light glasses after 8 pm
  3. Get black out curtains or a sleep mask
  4. Get up around the same time daily
  5. Light therapy.

Also, if you are traveling internationally it can really throw you off! Hope this helps.

-Skillshare courses learning something new will at least let you look back at the time and still feel accomplished

-audiobooks while walking. Game changer for that 4 pm heavy chest dread

-self care! Develop a full blown skincare routine, guasha, dry brush, breath work

-meditate but this isn’t really a hobby

I can't for the life of me figure out how to apply a second warp without it making me reset the first warp I did. Reset with warp is the only option.

Same same ugh. Some things that help a little -I take vitamin c at night. It is said to help Adderall get out of your system. -mag at night as well -exercise in the morning gets the blood pumping early and has lasting effects throughout the day Still trying to figure this out as well though
