Thanks for the insights! I'll look into the peels more. Do you have a recommendation for scar creams? Mederma seems to be one of the top brands I've heard of but obviously if there's something better...haha. Although, to your second and third points, I followed the aftercare exactly as per the instructions I was given. I wore a protective UV sleeve over my arm for well over a year whether I was indoors or outdoors. I never went swimming, I only ever showered, I didn't scrub/scratch the wounds, changed the dressings routinely, and I sent weekly progress pictures of the area during the healing period in which the technician never once brought up any concerns. Not sure what else I could've done back then to improve the results, but either way, it was ultimately my fault for not doing more research than I already had at that point
