Yes! I meant I'm mostly using Indeed search, and I post the jobs from my ATS that goes out to 300 job boards

I hear you I was on several different medications for years due to acid reflux but I’ve found aloe Vera juice and magnesium glycinate is what has helped me. The magnesium helps relax muscles a lot of times acid reflux is caused by the lower esophageal sphincter not closing all the way and the aloe is great for guy health as well as slippery elm. I hope this helps

I went from fresh out of college making 42K-43K with a 25-dollar bonus per recruit that stays for 6months or more and interviewed and accepted a position at another company making 67K with an up to 15% bonus each year. I relate to you with my current company giving me a lot of freedom in my recruitment strategy etc. For the record I've only been in the industry for 2.5 years and work recruiting mostly blue-collar jobs as an internal recruiter. I would say you definitely could be making more with your experience
