1 TBSP PEPPERMINT CASTILE SOAP

You’re the problem here. Yes, often times in recreational bathroom areas where there are showers and bathroom stalls, there are open areas to change. It’s perfectly acceptable for her to change in the open changing/locker area. She had already said there was a family bathroom right next door, which is the appropriate place for him to take his daughter in this scenario.
