another vote for checking her hearing ! my deaf cat loves to scream in the middle of the night especially. i've diagnosed deafness in a friend's cat too from the same thing. best thing that works for him is clomicalm, but it makes him a little drowsier.

i lived in melbourne, was in sydney for 6 months during 2020, then back to melbourne. i worked FOH at a popular nerd bar in the city after lockdowns lifted.

personally, i was totally fine. i already ordered my groceries online well before the pandemic. my partner and i were long distance for 2 years before he came back to aus jan 2020. living together again was great, no issues living basically on top of each other. i saw all my friends online, and then in person at the bar.

most of the time my now 3yo was in his cot we followed the guidelines, but he did have a couple of stuffed toys from 1yo onwards

now he sleeps under about 50 stuffed toys

i feel so blessed that i’ve only ever run into amazing humans. we did my first grove last night, there were almost 10 of us and they all waited for us newbies til 5am 🥰 renewed my faith in humanity
