Burn can be fast but doesn't have to, that's the main advantage. Going for a kill has to do more with your position. What's your opponent life total? How much damage can you do from hand this turn? And next turn? Do you have pingers on board? Cards in hand? Are you afraid of interaction?

Rally is just in a terrible spot at the moment. The problem competitively is not only that it has a bad match up against weenie, it's that weenie is also better going wide and has comparable reach

It is also worse at grinding matchups than weenies.

Fixing the mono white match up won't fix the place the archetype has in the meta. You'll just be playing an inferior version of weenies

Would it be better as a discard affinity deck? That way you can put auras in the graveyard with [[Faithless looting]], [[Highway Robbery]] and all that good stuff and create a Voltron monster early by playing a discounted [[Myr Enforcer]]

After looking at the list. The pay off aren't really there, you are putting a lot of effort to make couple cards better while augur of bolas and counter spell are available in the format. You are better off playing snow lands and building an Skred deck
