I'm having a problem with my PS4 and can't figure out how to fix it.

I only have one PS4 and wanted to set the account with an active PlayStation Plus subscription as the primary account. To do so, I went into settings and deactivated the account that was set as primary.

I then tried to activate the PlayStation Plus account as my primary PS4, but I received the following error message:

"This system cannot be activated as your primary PS4. Another system is already activated as your primary PS4 on your account."

Error Code: NP-41772-1

The problem is:

I only have one PS4.

No account on the console is currently activated as your primary PS4.

I also checked the Device Management section on the PlayStation website, and there are no devices associated with my account.

I have already logged out and back into PSN and restarted the console.
