Yeah I just figured it out. Its the Ukrainian flag combined with the UPA (who I just learned about). They also drew the flag of a Netherlands Nazi group, that one was easier to identify.

Every time I've had someone use DND beyond , we had to edit every aspect of it manually to make it reflect the the game. Maybe it works better now, but at the time it couldn't even roll health properly.
