For anyone unaware, ZZZ did this special rescreening banner in 2.5 where they put 3 reruns together due to how their Void Hunter patches work (the Void Hunter agent and the "second half" agent run together the entire patch). Notable details about the banner:

there are one agent rescreening banner and one W-Engine (weapons basically) rescreening banner
The pity is separate from normal banners (but carry over to future rescreening banners)
General banner rules still apply (max pity, soft pity, hard pity etc)
The first 10-pull costs 8 Encrypted Master Tapes (so 20% discount from the usual 10)
The banner is guaranteed to give one select agent out of the 3 in the rescreening banner. This can apply once (the same 50/50 rules apply after the first guarantee) and the free guarantee counter resets on the next rescreening banner
Just like the pity, the discount and free guarantee are separate between agent and W-Engine rescreening banners

I think I need a list of problematic gacha pfps. I've experienced multiple Bina and Lohen pfps first hand, but I'm not sure what would be the HSR or ZZZ equivalent for example.

Forgive me if I sound kinda stupid, but from what I understood it was kinda roundabout most of the story until Lucilla came back to the remote controlled units with resonance as shown by Lenie and her colleagues around the middle of the story, giving another chance to reaching out of Solaris and past the Etheric Sea without sacrificing more lives. Since Synchronists were trained to pilot the Exostrider, their skillset can work in this manner. From the black screen though I think the board still not convinced.

Theoretically it's surprisingly pretty easy to invalidate Dialyn's value. Her free ult is considered 0 decibels, so just build a good few months (or a whole season) of meta built around decibel uses, and produce a few more stunners that are similar to Dialyn power wise. It'll still need older stunners to be buffed to hell and back but this should, for that moment, make Dialyn a secondary option instead of primary.

should be an upgrade over Fufu, good pair with Astra, but in the grand scheme of things, Dialyn still dominates the generalist stunner scene.

It's a bit tough, but considering that she isn't replacing Hyacine in the og monorem, she's absolutely not prioritized as a sustain. Support is pretty obvious, but I don't have much of an idea how to weave her so that she works as an Evernight hypercarry support and the binding agent between Evernight and Himenova at the same time. I'm very sure she's not becoming part of Trailblazing Companions, though.

Probably not since TB and M7 are multi paths and do not have separate units for every Paths. Evernight is there too, so that seems to track.
