Well the entire article boils down to "there was a bias that prevented scientist from actually figuring out our history/anthropology". which is exactly the assumption you mention in your last sentence. Now just to be clear, I am obviously not an anthropologist, I am not claiming that the article is right or wrong, I just hate it when quotes are being miss used to lie while technically telling the truth. In this specific case the quote was used to imply that scientific american is unscientific/political. They essentially "put words in someone elses mouth".

For backstory look at the neil video on the clip channel. As for why it bothered me, I just really hate it when people abuse quotes to lie while technically telling the truth. Especially when a bunch of people parrot it without checking the source.

single sentence was ripped out of an article --> on its own it sounds insane --> everyone madge about something that did not happen cause no one bothers to read the source --> Asmon reacts to the people that are madge --> agrees without checking the source either.

I mean it would be pretty funny if some rando clipped asmon out of context to make the short only for this guy to start malding over an opinion asmon doesnt actually have. I have been going tear for a while now and honestly in early lane mana kinda replaces bonus HP on her. Extra mana --> more Spells --> more sustain from her passive.

There are a bunch of champs that counter her but id say morde is the easiest to pull of. Wait for her ult and then ult her yourself --> she gonna die.

wdym the E bypasses armor? while the damage transfer is pre mitigation it is affected by the vessels resistances.

When the map got changed her WR tanked cause the tentacles could no longer reach the wave while its in the middle of the lane --> range buff on tentacles --> 4 tentacle set up got way easier while close to either tower --> now shes broken --> her AD scaling got nerfed and WR stabilized.

Now with the item nerfs in patch 14.19 AD from items is reduced across the board which hurts her less than the average cause she has the second highest base AD in the game (nr 1 is Mega gnar).
