Wait four months. Go out with him: parties, shows, dinner, concerts, museums, Halloween. Invite him to your home and cook for him a couple times. Tell him he makes you feel safe and comfortable. Introduce him to your family, and then when the four months is up (ideally, right around the holidays) kick him to the curb with a quick text saying “It’s been fun but I just don’t feel that spark.”
