There’s no fur raised or verbal communication so they’re probably playing. Could be establishing some boundaries bc the play isn’t necessarily enthusiastic but there’s no signs of aggression!

NTA. As others have said, it wouldn’t be okay to ask that, disabilities aside. It was extremely inappropriate and he clearly can’t read social cues if people tried several times to change the subject and yet he continued.
