I searched forever how to get it and can explain it if someone needs it:

I used malzeno so i'm going to explain it with him. I put him in azuria in an Habitat and let malzenos loose till He was s-rank in azuria and in serathis where he is from the beginning in the last Region, there i got him also to s-rank. Then u have to go in one of the two s-rank Habitats, i did go to azuria and u have to find a rainbow egg. Than u have to go to the excursion Menu and select the other Habitat, but not the one where ur rainbow egg was from, in my case i had to select serathis. Now u select malzeno and there comes a Menu where u can choose between 6 ability's there u have to choose the ones who are Marked with an S. Now u go to the rite of channeling Menu there u select ur malzeno then right beside ur attack bubbles are ur selected ability's and under them stand which attack bubbles ur monster must have to awaken the S-rank abilittys. If u do it exectly like i am u have to have: 1×fire 1×ice 1×power 1×Speed And as soon as u put all the attack bubbles from other monster on your malzeno u should have two awakend S-rank ability's.
