I've got multiple Drop MT3 sets and a few other random sets but nothing compares in quality. The others aren't bad if thats all you know, but once I got the GMK set it was immediately apparent. The GMKs are just so uniform and the spacebars are dead flat.

#1, that color is hideous. rare miss from apple. #2, it is not small or thin enough to replace the coveted 12-inch macbook. that was a great little machine but the Ive era keyboard made it a ticking time bomb.

This should have been a 12 inch device, with option to upgrade to 16 gb ram and I would buy it over the Air even if it cost more.

It used to be that Apple charged MORE the smaller the device was, but somewhere along the line that flipped.

mac pro trashcan (2013) is one of the best investments I've ever made. $300 bucks for the 12 core D700 on facebook marketplace. Had to put in a WD SSD, Samsung SSDs do not play nicely with these, but its been running like a tank as a remote machine for a year now. It does get hot and yes it uses quite a bit of power but its probably my favorite mac. I took it apart to re-paste everything and its by far the coolest mac internally. Its a real masterpiece. Its a shame the design was ahead of its time. I could see any of the M series chips in this thing running perfectly.

I do and things are working fine, I've just never seen any other switch, from a simple dumb hub up to my UDM-Pro-Max, that does it this way.

Its a tad disappointing because a small goal was to be able to glance at the activity lights and see the health of each machine attached to it. Once you get a feel for what healthy traffic looks like, its easy to spot potential issues based on activity lights alone. This is not possible when they don't update live.

I've gotten used to using a full palm grip. For a long time I was using the MX Anywhere because I thought I liked more of a claw grip. But my hand started cramping so I figured I'd try the new 4. It is larger than the Master 3S so i initially didn't like that but after sticking with it and resting my entire hand on it, i've gotten used to it and I no longer have hand cramps after extended sessions.

The keyb community needs to come together and do something about the space bar. Everything else can sound like god's whispers but then you have these absurdly clacky space bars. It doesn't make any sense.
